FirstClass Safety & Control has appointed ConsultCarr to support its next phase of growth through enhanced stakeholder engagement, communications and market development across the rail sector
FirstClass Safety & Control Ltd has appointed ConsultCarr, led by rail industry specialist Richard Carr, to support the company’s next phase of growth through enhanced stakeholder engagement, communications and market development.
The appointment builds on a longstanding relationship. Richard previously worked with FirstClass between 2018 and 2024, supporting the development of an overseas growth strategy that contributed to contract wins in Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East. His professional relationship with Managing Director Mark Meyrick dates back to 2010.
Through the new engagement, ConsultCarr will support FirstClass in strengthening relationships with operators, asset owners, manufacturers, contractors, consultants and wider industry stakeholders, while helping to increase awareness of the company’s capabilities across Depot Protection Systems, Depot Control Systems, Personnel Warning Systems and Interlocking Solutions.
The work will also support FirstClass’s continued international market development, building on the company’s established UK capability and growing project experience overseas.
